VARIO/DUO hose sets

VARIO / DUO hose sets are part of the modular VARIO filter device system. They are used to connect the VARIO basic modules via the corresponding VARIO connection  sets to the user's installation on the inlet and outlet or the VARIO/DUO water tap sets installed on the  outlet (3/4 "thread on the housing with O-ring seal).

VARIO hose set 3/8 "

• Connection to 3/8 "external thread (e.g. VARIO connection sets 3/8", e.g. (faucet sets 1-7)
• Use for flow rates up to 20l / min (at 4bar)
• Contains all the necessary components for branching from the line (T-piece, shut-off valve) or from the line into the line (elbow), see product drawing

scope of delivery

• One flexible hose each on the inlet and outlet side, 800mm long with Ü-nut 3/8 ", di = 8
• on the input side additionally
  • integrated stopcock
  • T-piece (3/8 "union nut, 2x 3/8" external thread)
• on the outlet side elbow 90 ° (3/8 "AG, 10mm crimp connection)
• Seals according to product drawing

VARIO hose set 3/4 "

• Connection to 3/4 "external thread (e.g. VARIO connection set 3/4")
• Use for higher flow rates from 20l / min (at 4bar)

• One flexible hose each on the inlet and outlet side, 800mm long with a 3/4 "nut, di = 13,
  90 ° on one side
• Seals according to product drawing

VARIO hose set Basic

• Connection to VARIO coupling system (Rectus) (e.g. VARIO connection kit coupling)
• Contains all the necessary components for branching from the line (T-piece, shut-off valve)  or from the line back into the line (elbow), see product drawing

• On the inlet and outlet side a flexible hose, 800mm long with Rectus NW7.2 coupling
• on the input side additionally
  • integrated stopcock
  • T-piece (3/8 "union nut, 2x 3/8" external thread)
• on the outlet side elbow 90 ° (3/8 "AG, 10mm crimp connection)
• Seals according to product drawing

 VARIO replacement hose (VARIO / DUO)

• Spare part for all hose connections on VARIO and DUO
• The hose should be changed at least twice a year due to the formation of biofilms; Change more often in problematic cases
• including flat seals
