Deliveries within Germany (DHL & Deutsche Post)

The shipping costs within Germany are just €4.90 per shopping cart. For light, small parts we only charge a flat rate of €2.50 (large letter/BüWa goods consignment/letter consignment) shipping costs. The shipping costs for mixed goods baskets (large parts + small parts) are always calculated based on the large part ordered. For larger volumes and quantities, we commission a shipping company.       

Deliveries abroad (via DHL)

For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €18.90 per order, regardless of the order value. 

Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain:  No German VAT will be charged for shipping to these countries. You are responsible forany applicable customs duties, taxes and fees . Regardless of the order value, we charge a flat rate of €20.90 per order   

Additional fees and duties may apply for deliveries to other countries outside the EU. Delivery to these countries only takes place on request.

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within  1 - 3 days , for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).    

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.  

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Payment terms

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options

• Payment in advance by bank transfer
• Payment by cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee of €4.90 , there is also a delivery fee of €2 , which you do not have to pay to us, but to the delivery person directly)    
• Payment by direct debit (direct debit)
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastecard)
• payment via immidate transfer

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options

• Payment in advance by bank transfer
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastecard)
• payment via immidate transfer

Further payment details

We reserve the right in individual cases to only carry out delivery against advance payment by bank transfer.

If payment is made on account, the invoice amount must be paid within 5 days.

When paying by direct debit (direct debit), you revocably authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. The direct debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.
