Payment Methods and Shipping Costs

1. Delivery
   1.1 Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL.
   1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs
   2.1 For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order and €2.50 for small shipments.
   2.2 In the case of agreed self-pickup, the customer will be informed by the seller that the ordered goods are ready for pickup. After receiving this email, the customer can collect the goods by arrangement with the seller at the seller's location or at an agreed place. In this case, no shipping costs will be incurred.
   2.3 For international shipping, the following flat-rate shipping costs apply per order:

   • To EU countries: €19.90 per order.
   • To Switzerland, Norway, and Great Britain: €29.90 per order.
   • Deliveries to countries outside the EU: €49.90 per order.
   • Small, lightweight items have a worldwide flat shipping cost of €8.90.
     2.4 For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs fees, may apply. These are to be borne by you.
     
     

3. Payment Options
   3.1 For deliveries within Germany, you can choose from the following payment options unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

   • Prepayment via bank transfer
   • Credit card payment via Unzer
     
   • PayPal
   • Apple Pay
   • Google Pay
   • Cash payment upon pickup
   • Payment on invoice and financing via Klarna

   We offer you purchase on account and installment purchase via Klarna BANK AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. This option is only available for consumers. Payment must be made to Klarna in any case.

   Klarna Invoice
   When purchasing on account via Klarna, you always have a payment period of 14 days.    Klarna Installment Purchase
   The Klarna installment purchase is only offered for Germany. With Klarna's installment purchase, you can pay in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least €6.95) or under other conditions specified at checkout.

   Privacy Notice
