Filter gegen Schmutz sind ein fester Bestandteil einer WAC-Anlage. Sie entnehmen Partikel und allergene Stoffe aus der Außenluft und verhindern, daß Staub in den Abluftbereichen (Bad, Küche) das Leitungssystem verunreinigt. Ein regelmäßiger Filterwechsel - alle 6 Monate (VDI 6022) - ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
