Highly effective water filter for osmosis systems to remove germs and bacteria
The Aqua Medic antibac filter serves as a germ barrier for osmosis systems. Its capillary membrane removes unwanted bacteria, parasites, spores and fungi from the osmosis water. The antibac filter is simply placed in the osmosis outlet and can produce around 8.500 liters of sterilized osmosis water before it has to be replaced.
There is a risk of contamination with osmosis systems, especially when used irregularly. The wastewater hose of an osmosis system is often connected directly to a drain. This poses a risk that bacteria and other germs will migrate from the wastewater into the system; this is referred to as “re-germination”. The Aqua Medic antibac filter ensures hygienically perfect osmosis water.

Standstill
If the osmosis system is not operated for a longer period of time (1-2 weeks), you should discard the osmosis water produced in the first hour. If the osmosis system is not used for an even longer period, we recommend replacing the antibac filter.
