Katadyn Combi is an all-around filter, suitable for extremely dirty water and small groups up to 3 people. Effective against microorganisms, reduces chemicals and improves the taste of the drinking water. The Katadyn Combi is an all-round filter for all water qualities. It is suitable for small groups of up to 5 people and for heavily polluted water. It can be assembled at home within seconds or dismantled for a hike.
The Katadyn Combi offers two functions in one device (activated carbon and ceramic). Simple change to single-stage operation (only ceramic, without activated carbon stage).
The proven ceramic depth filter removes bacteria, protozoa and other pathogens. The mini-pores of the filter ceramic (pore size: 0.2 micron = 0.0002 mm) are smaller than the microorganisms mentioned. Due to their size, these cannot pass through the filter element and are removed from the water. The output is approx. 1L / min. and the lifespan up to 50,000L, which however depends on the water quality. The activated carbon should be replaced after 2 fillings or 400L.
The Katadyn Combi is a versatile filter for use when trekking or in a mobile home, on a trip around the world or a mountain tour, in emergency situations or as a transition filter at home. The filter is suitable for small groups of up to 3 people and for heavily polluted water.
There is also the Combi Plus adapter, a tap connection that converts the filter for use at home, on the boat or in the holiday cabin.
