Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to orders via the Wasserladenonline.com online shop for consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is a natural person who does not act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity, while an entrepreneur does. In the event of contradictory general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur, their validity only applies if expressly agreed to. 

The contract is concluded by clicking the order button after the company has made a binding offer in the online shop. The contract language is German or English, and the contract text is saved for security reasons. Delivery conditions and payment options are described in detail, including the possibility of collection. The right of withdrawal for consumers and the retention of title are explained. Further sections cover topics such as transport damage, warranty, guarantees, liability, code of conduct and dispute resolution. The General Terms and Conditions were created in cooperation with Trusted Shops and FÖHLISCH Rechtsanwälte, and in the event of disputes, German law applies to entrepreneurs.
