The Fluidometer allows you to monitor the amount of fluids you consume daily. It will remind you to drink, even if you are not thirsty at the moment. In the morning set the indicator element to "0". During the day move the dial by the quantity of fluids you have just drunk. One mark on the glass is equal to one mark on the indicator dial. Near the end of the day, if you have not consumed the total liquids you think you should you can drink the amount that is still missing.
