Withdrawal information and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, has taken the last goods into possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexei Pack, Averdiektsr. 28, 49078 Osnabrück, Germany, Tel: 0541-5068195, Email: mail@wasserladenonline.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

You can also exercise your withdrawal right online at https://www.wasserladenonline.com/page/cms/019e2a657b41709f84d6dc85de203edc. If you use this online facility, we will promptly provide you with a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) including information on the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

You can also declare the withdrawal using the withdrawal function provided on this platform.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from you selecting a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is the result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
