Shipping & handling The products of our range are sent by post or by courier, e.g. Hermes Versand. If bulky goods or larger amounts are being shipped then we will commission a logistics company.     
Delivery time Your order will of course be processed immediately after receipt. Currently the delivery of your order takes place within 1 to 3 working days. On average deliveries take 2 to 4 days from the time of the receipt of your order.          
We are continuously working to improve logistics and therefore provide you with shorter delivery times so that we can provide a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours in the future.     
Shipping & handling Germany The shipping costs within Germany are ¤ 3.90. For orders of 150 euros and above we will deliver all articles sent to you nationwide free of charge. Another reason for you to order at Wasserladenonline.com!
If you should decide to pay cash on delivery as the method of payment, then additional costs of altogether ¤ 6.90 (¤4.90 COD and the additional fee of ¤ 2 that the postman charges when the product is being delivered) will arise.      
Shipping international For deliveries within the EU we charge, irrespective of the amount ordered, a lump sum of 14.90 euro per order. Switzerland: For shipments to Switzerland no German VAT/after sales tax is added. Additional costs such as customs duties, taxes and fees have to be covered by you. For deliveries to other countries that are outside of the EU, additional fees and customs duties can occur. Shipment to these countries can only take place if there is an individual request.    

Important note Even though we take the utmost of care, transported goods can always be damaged. In this case we of course will replace the damaged goods free-of-charge.   

Please note the following procedure:  
Damage due to shipping has to be immediately registered with the supplier as soon as the goods are delivered. Then please make sure to subsequently inform about any and all ascertained shipping damage. If you wish to send back any goods, then please inform us beforehand by e-mail, fax or phone.
