Carbonit WFP Filter Cartridge for Quadro 60 and Quadro 120

The Carbonit WFP filter cartridge is a high-quality solution for drinking water filtration and is available in various versions: WFP Select, WFP Select Long, WFP Special, and WFP Special Long. These filters are specifically designed for use in Quadro 60 and Quadro 120 whole house filters.

Filter Fineness and Flow Rates

The standard filter fineness options are:

• 8 µm (WFP Select, WFP Select Long):
  • WFP Select: 22 l/min
  • WFP Select Long: 40 l/min
• 16 µm (WFP Special, WFP Special Long):
  • WFP Special: 45 l/min
  • WFP Special Long: 80 l/min

Finer filters with 4 µm (…Protect) and 0.4 µm (Premium…) are also available upon request.

Dimensions

The dimensions of the filter cartridges are:

• Length: 10" (WFP) or 18" (WFP-L)

Service Life and Maintenance

The recommended service life is 6 months, during which up to 10,000 liters of water can be filtered. An earlier filter change may be necessary if the water flow noticeably decreases. This is not a defect of the filter but an indication of increased fine particle presence in the unfiltered water.

Studies have shown that with proper use, there is no detectable bacterial growth or breakthrough of the filter cartridge (chromatography effect).

Warnings

Please note that the use of the filter is only permitted for cold water. Protect the filter from frost. The recommended filter change occurs every 6 months. Remember that filter cartridges are consumable items.
