CARBONIT ILP Combination Filter Cartridge – iA High-Performance Filter (M200 / P200 Variants)

CARBONIT ILP combination filter cartridges are high-performance drinking water filters for use in kitchens and bathrooms. They combine the proven sintered activated carbon block of the ILP Premium series with the patented iA technology to selectively reduce contaminants below the detection limit.

The cartridges consist of a semi-permeable fleece and an innovative resin-absorber mixture. This significantly improves the retention rates of conventional activated carbon block filters. The radial flow ensures optimal contact time and optimized filtration performance. Compared to pure activated carbon beds or ion exchangers, longer service lives and better retention rates are achieved.

The series is available in two specialized versions – depending on the water quality requirements.

Variant overview

ILP M200 – Metal & Heavy Metal Retention

The ILP M200 was developed for the targeted removal of metallic residues. Even very low concentrations are reliably removed.

• Reduces heavy metals below the detection limit
• Removes precious metals (e.g., gold, silver, platinum, palladium)
• Retention of rare earth elements
• Recycling of valuable metals is possible
• Suitable for industrial and domestic applications
• Removes toxic metals such as copper and nickel.

ILP P200 – PFAS special filter

The ILP P200 is specialized for the highly selective removal of PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances).

• Removes short- and long-chain PFAS
• Reduction below EPA limits (PFOA / PFOS)
• Protection against persistent environmental chemicals
• Ideal for contaminated drinking water systems
• Complements activated carbon filtration with special adsorption

Important instructions

Change the filter after a maximum of 6 months. Earlier replacement is necessary if the flow rate is reduced – this is not a product defect, but an indication of high particle contamination.
