AQUAPHOR MODERN countertop water filter – faucet filter with B200 cartridge & AQUALEN® technology up to 4,000 liters
The AQUAPHOR MODERN countertop water filter is a high-performance faucet filter system for direct drinking water filtration in the kitchen. The system consists of two parallel-operating AQUALEN® filter cartridges of type B200, which are inserted in the upper and lower sections and, together with the housing covers, form a closed, highly efficient filter system.
Through the combination of high-quality activated carbon and the patented AQUALEN® ion exchange fiber, the AQUAPHOR MODERN reliably removes a wide range of contaminants from tap water. These include rust particles, chlorine, heavy metals (lead, copper, mercury), iron, manganese, as well as pesticides, herbicides, phenols, medications, hormones, and pharmaceutical residues. Additionally, microparticles, PFCs (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), and PFAS industrial chemicals are largely filtered out of the water.
The result is clear, great-tasting, and safe drinking water – ideal for everyday enjoyment, coffee, tea, and food preparation. At the same time, filtered water protects kettles and coffee machines from limescale buildup. For regions with very hard water, B200H replacement cartridges (EXTRA-HARD WATER) are available as an option.
The B200 filter cartridges offer a capacity of up to 4,000 liters (depending on water quality), which corresponds to an average usage time of approximately 6 months. For very hard water, an earlier change after approximately 1,000 liters is recommended.
Self-assembly is simple and requires no tools: The included 1/2" tap connector is mounted directly onto the existing thread (after removing the aerator if necessary). The integrated diverter valve allows for easy switching between unfiltered tap water and filtered AQUAPHOR water.
